to freely use the source code products as long as the copyright
notice remains in place within the source code products. The

for free download or re-selling. If you are including the source
code product as part of a retailed software product you plan to

Inc. holds certain copyrights to the included source codes.

enclosed files, and electronic documentation ("source code
product" or "source code"). By installing, copying,
or otherwise using the source code product, you agree to be

Software Product License: You are permitted to use our
software products, however, beyond this use, you may not resell
or redistribute our software products in any other way,
modified, unmodified, standalone or combined with another
product.
Website Templates License: You are permitted to use our
web template products and full website products to design as
many websites as necessary, including those you are creating for
your clients. However, beyond this use, you may not resell or
redistribute our products in any other way, modified,
unmodified, standalone or combined with another product.
- Modifications
You are permitted to make whatever modifications necessary to
our source code products and web template/full site products to
make them fit your requirements. However, they will still be
subject to this license regardless of the extent of the
modification.
- Unauthorized Distribution
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified,
on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium to offer them for
redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this
license.
- Nontransferable License
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer product license to
anyone else without purchasing additional Licenses from
BrainScanMedia.com, Inc. & BSMStore.com.
- Product Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of
our products, modified or unmodified. All products remain as our
property. All title and copyrights in and to our products
(including but not limited to any images, photographs,
animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the
products), and any copies of the products are owned by
BrainScanMedia.com, Inc. & BSMStore.com. The products is
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
