Because our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received, and are available as try before you buy, our customers can test the products before buying them and determine that:
For these reasons we offer no refunds as a matter of policy. Refunds will not be honored on license names that were provided incorrectly during purchasing. License information can be changed by contacting us with your order information. Then a new license will be granted.
- It is the correct software to help them with their tasks
- It runs correctly on their computer and is compatible with their operating system
- In case of Forms To Go, they are testing with their servers the right language edition they need
Problems With Your Order
Digital products are sent delivered instantly once payment is received. If your product has not been sent after a few hours of purchase please contact customer support with your order number and the registered email address used.
If you ordered a product that was to be sent out by USPS and it did not arrive please contact customer support with your order number. Please allow 1 week from purchase date to receive your product in the mail if the item was not digital.
In the highly unlikely event that you discover unauthorized charges by "BSM" or "BRAINSCANMEDIACOM" on your credit card statement within 60 days of your purchase on the BSMStore.com website, here's how you can redeem your claim:
Promptly contact your credit card company and report the unauthorized charges. You should ask to speak to a representative of the company's fraud department. They can inform you of the company's fraud claim process and determine whether or not to charge you a personal liability fee (normally $50).
If your credit card company: (a) determines that the charges were fraudulent charges resulting from your online purchase at BSMStore.com, and (b) holds you liable for any of the unauthorized charges, contact us immediately. For your convenience, you can contact us by e-mail or by mail. In order to help you, we will need the following information:
- Your name
- Daytime phone number
- Billing address
- A copy of the credit card statement in question (please circle fraud charges)
- Proof of your credit card company's fraud determination and liability fee
- A description of the incident
Chances are you or a member of your family used your credit card to purchase one or more of our products.
If you are unable to recall making a purchase from us and have what appears to be an unauthorized charge, please contact Customer Service. If the investigation of the charge turns out to be fraudulent, you will be issued a full refund for the amount of the purchase.
