Payment Methods Accepted
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card,
PayPal, Google Checkout, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. Most
personal and company checks may be held up to 5 business days
for processing. (BSM or BRAINSCANMEDIACOM) will appear on your
next credit card statement.
Ordering & Payment Issues
Q: How come when I enter my credit card info, my card is
rejected?
A: There may be a few
reasons why your card has been rejected! If a mistake was made,
the order error will normally tell you what the problem was or:
1. Make sure you entered your billing
address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
2. Make sure you put in the CVV Number which appears
on the back of your card or on front depending which card
you are using.
3. Make sure the card is either Amex, Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover.
4. The IP Address did not match the credit card city
& state.
Shipping Methods &
Rates
BSMStore.com
uses United States Postal Service (USPS) (Priority
Mail/Fist-Class Mail) as the primary carrier for most small
items. Some digital products we sell are sent via email only, as
to other digital products that are sent both by email and
shipped on CD to your billing address. All other none digital
orders are shipped USPS. Our shipping schedule is calculated on
the ACTUAL WEIGHT and SIZE of your shipment. Shipping and
handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. We charge
only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
Sales Tax
Only orders that are shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania are
subject to state sales tax. Sales tax is charged on the products
purchases and also on the shipping and handling amount.
Return Policy
Since our products are mostly digital (ie. files), there is no
way to physically "return" the product. Because of this, we do
not give refunds for digital items. If you purchased a physical
item you then are allowed to exchange your purchase with other
products of equal value a single time within 7 days of the
purchase date.
Adding Items To Your Cart
You can add items to your shopping cart by either using our
search engine to find the item(s) that you wish to purchase or
by browsing through our categories and/or our website. Once you
find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the (add to cart)
button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the
selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can
change the quantity of items you'd like to order, update
quantity, delete an item, continue shopping, empty the shopping
cart, or check out.
Removing Items From
Your Cart
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by
clicking the "Delete Item" icon located within the shopping cart
at the far right of each row. If you want to delete all items
from your cart, you need to press the "Empty Cart" button
located below the shopping cart.
Is Your Information
Secure?
Your order is secured! Our website uses the latest 128-bit
encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our
ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.
Problems With Your Order
Digital products are sent via email within the hour after the initial item purchase. If your product has not
been sent after a few hours of purchase please contact
customer
support with your order number and the registered email address
used.
If you ordered a digital product that was also to be sent out my
USPS and it did not arrive please contact customer support with
your order number. Please allow 1 weeks from purchase date to
receive your product in the mail.
Unauthorized Purchases
In the highly unlikely event that you discover unauthorized
charges by "BSM" or "BRAINSCANMEDIACOM" on your credit card
statement within 60 days of your purchase on the BSMStore.com
website, here's how you can redeem your claim:
Promptly contact your credit card company and report the
unauthorized charges. You should ask to speak to a
representative of the company's fraud department. They can
inform you of the company's fraud claim process and determine
whether or not to charge you a personal liability fee (normally
$50).
If your credit card company: (a) determines that the charges
were fraudulent charges resulting from your online purchase at
BSMStore.com, and (b) holds you liable for any of the
unauthorized charges, contact us immediately. For your
convenience, you can contact us by e-mail or by mail. In order
to help you, we will need the following information:
- Your name
- Daytime phone number
- Billing address
- A copy of the credit card statement in question (please
circle fraud charges)
- Proof of your credit card company's fraud determination
and liability fee
- A description of the incident
Chances are you or a member of your family used your credit
card to purchase one or more of our products. To help you
recall when you may have made a purchase from us, please enter
your email address in our Track Your Order area to view all orders made by
you.
If you are unable to recall making a purchase from us and have
what appears to be an unauthorized charge, please contact
Customer Service. If the investigation of the charge
turns out to be fraudulent, you will be issued a full refund for
the amount of the purchase.

Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read
and accepted these terms and conditions.

warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with

its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a
particular purpose. As a result, the product you purchase and
use is bought and licensed AS-IS, and you are assuming the

Our site is updated multiple times per week. This ensures that
our site is always fresh with content and products.
